Dear families, In efforts to promote a safe and efficient sign-in procedure we feel it necessary to adjust our policy at this time. We want to ensure that we are taking all of the necessary safety precautions while also accommodating larger crowds at busier times. Effective Wednesday 8/26/2020 the following guidelines will be followed upon signing in at our facility.

● Take your child’s temperature prior to leaving your home. If a fever is detected (100 degrees Fahrenheit, or 37.7 degrees Celsius) please notify our office and keep your child at home.
● If client is able, please have them wear a protective face mask.
● Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your child’s session. Upon arrival, please park in the client parking lot.
● Parents/guardians will accompany their child(ren) to the sign-in window inside the waiting room and receive a temperature check. Please note only one family will be allowed in the waiting room at a time to sign in at the front desk. Masks are highly encouraged for parents/ guardians.
● Once signed in, please appropriately socially distance outside of the waiting room area until your child’s therapist has come to pick him/her up.
● Once your child has been picked up by his/her therapist you may return to your car, or wait on campus while maintaining social distancing. We would like to extend the option for families to get out of their cars and enjoy the fresh air, however if social distancing becomes an issue we will have to re-evaluate this policy. Our waiting rooms and playground still remain closed. Please note the policy still applies in which parents/guardians are NOT permitted to leave the premises for any reason while their child is in a therapy session. This is a rule we take very seriously.
● 10 minutes prior to the end of your child’s last session, please return to the pick-up/drop-off area to pick up.

Additional procedures we have implemented for your safety include:
● All staff will be required to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
● Staff health screening required upon daily arrival to facility
● Frequent hand washing and disinfecting required by staff and client before and after each therapy session
● Additional sanitation stations (including sinks with soap and water) have been placed throughout our facility
● Our clinical gym space, playground, and waiting rooms are closed.
● Our restrooms are closed to the public, however in case of emergency we will allow admittance to the restroom upon request. Our staff will sanitize before and after each use.
